For the Chicken:2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp garlic powder, Salt and pepper

For the Alfredo Sauce:4 tbsp unsalted butter, 3-4 garlic cloves, 1 cup heavy cream, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper, ¼ tsp nutmeg

For the Low-Carb "Pasta":2-3 medium zucchinis (spiralized) or 1 large head of cauliflower

Optional Garnish:Fresh parsley, Extra Parmesan, Red pepper flakes

Cook the ChickenSeason chicken strips with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat oil in a skillet and cook until golden (6-8 minutes). Remove and set aside.

Prepare Low-Carb "Pasta"Spiralize zucchini or rice cauliflower. Sauté zucchini for 2-3 minutes or steam cauliflower until tender.

Make the Alfredo SauceIn the same skillet, melt butter and cook garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and bring to simmer. Stir in Parmesan until sauce thickens.

Combine EverythingAdd chicken back to the skillet with sauce. Toss with your prepared low-carb "pasta" and heat for 1-2 minutes.
